Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

USPS Express mail is available for an extra charge during checkout.

Levelcam and Levelpod ships within 0-3 business days using U.S. Priority Mail with a tracking number that shows when it was shipped and delivered. There is no en route information.

International orders may require local customs and duty charges upon receipt of shipment. Customers who refuse international shipments will be responsible for corresponding shipping charges.

Our 30 day return policy does not include return postage.

Warranty

Baughan Productions, Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace at our option.

For demostration purposes, Baughan Productions, Inc. will reimburse the full purchase price, within 30 days if the product is returned in excellent condition. We wil pay the shipping to you when FREE SHIPPING is met. You pay the return postage. (USPS priority mail is the most cost effective option.)

In no event shall we be responsible for incidental, consequential, or contingent damages as allowed by local law. Valid only in USA and Canada. This warranty gives you specific rights, which vary from state to state.
